1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 828ph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at 828ph.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the 828ph Platform, you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

828ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 828ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. 828ph strictly enforces this requirement and may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise be permitted by applicable law to access online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 828ph or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 828ph, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

828ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 828ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 828ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify 828ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 828ph may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable Philippine regulations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

828ph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. 828ph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.

• Deposits are generally credited to your 828ph account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 828ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding published thresholds.
• Funds deposited into your 828ph account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 828ph does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations.

828ph maintains segregated player funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Your deposited funds are held separately from 828ph's operational funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

828ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• 828ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• 828ph reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 828ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with games offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location in violation of these Terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 828ph staff.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or interferes with other players' enjoyment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 828ph Platform — including but not limited to the 828ph name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 828ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 828ph.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 828ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond 828ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that 828ph takes reasonable steps to investigate and rectify such errors.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to your account, 828ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and correct the account balance. 828ph will notify affected players and handle such situations in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 828ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9. Responsible Gaming

828ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

828ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you play in a single session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity.

828ph will not knowingly allow any person who has self-excluded to continue using the Platform. If you have self-excluded and attempt to open a new account, 828ph will close that account and return any deposited funds.

10. Termination

828ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormancy policy described in Section 3.

Upon termination for cause, 828ph may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 828ph may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 828ph support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any pending wagering requirements or investigations are resolved.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 828ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

828ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Amendments

828ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 828ph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 828ph Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 828ph recommends reviewing these Terms at least once every three months.
